Utilizing Step/Levels We Can Get There!
Step Levels are guide post from the bottom to the top.
Step Levels help...
1. Keeps everybody focused in a particular area and eyes on the ball.
2. Provide a measuring stick to determine progress.
3. Maintain product/project confidence.
4. Work toward long term solutions.
Once a Step Level is satisfactorily completed, member/clients can then move onto the next appropriate step level as outlined in their Action Plan.
You have to have a map or a plan, even if it's just a bad one. You must have guidepost and milestones to see where you're going.
